Wonderful customer service. Prompt and pleasant callbacks. The window for our service was 1 PM to 4 PM. Fabio called to say he was ahead of schedule and was it OK to come a little bit earlier. That worked out great because that's always better than someone calling to say we're running late. Fabio took the time to explain what he was going to do to our area rug and about how long it would take. Happy with our results. Fabio was extremely pleasant and polite. The whole experience was a pleasure.

I've worked for quite a few different carpet cleaning companies over the years as well as used multiple different carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez is by far the best to both hire to clean your carpets and to work for. They are the safest most efficient company I've ever come across. I can tell you that the other top companies in Calgary use harmful chemicals or blatantly lie to you and sometimes use dish soap. Zerorez doesn't use any harmful chemicals. Instead they change the molecular structure of the water to act like a cleaner. This way it eliminates any residue left behind. You will not regret hiring them to clean your carpets. I had Josh clean mine. As long as I live in Calgary I will never use any other company.
