Seen ad for Zerorez online and decided to give them a try. Can book on line or by phone. Approximate quote given when booking. This can vary as to number of rooms, stairs and hallway so actual price may be more than quote, which is understandable as room sizes can vary. Communication is very good as you receive text or email confirmation and reminders of you booking. Tech called approximately 30 minutes before arriving and went right to work after seeing areas to be cleaned. Had 2 rooms cleaned as well as stairs. Took about 1.25 hours. Tech was very thorough, not rushed. Protective bumpers were placed on corners to prevent wall damage and furniture that wasn't being moved had protective squares under the legs to prevent staining. Carpet took about 8 hours to dry and looks wonderful. Our carpet is 14 years old and had not been cleaned for awhile. I am very impressed with how it feels. It is soft and puffy, feels like new. Previous carpet cleaning companies have not left the carpet so soft. Would definitely recommend Zerorez and Joseph.

Cleaning wool orientals properly is a challenge. Zero Rez did a fine job on a Turkish handmade area rug. The color really popped and there is no chemical smell as they use nontoxic methods. Sadly one awful stain didn’t come out, but I suspected it wouldn’t and Zero Rez was upfront with me about the possibility. I appreciate their honesty as well as their reasonable price and turnaround time.

Wonderful service. My carpet is 20 years old and they made it look brand new. I called on Friday night for an appointment and they came Saturday morning at 8 AM. They even did my Kitchen Floor that is also 20 years old and it came out bright and beautiful. I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Edit: After a few days, stains were returning. It was explained to me as the drying process occurred it might happen. I was not happy about that. They offered to come and retackle the stains, but I declined out of my disappointment. How long would this go on?! I had plans that required a fresh clean rug, asap. I also had an issue with applying the $20 coupon and was told not to worry, it would be taken off, and it wasn’t. Ive reached out more than once and have been told “it’s in the mail”! It’s been a few months and a few emails now, I gather I won’t see it. Overall, Im disappointed in this company and wouldn’t recommend it. If they can’t credit me a mere $20, how does one have any trust in this company at all! At this point, Im even sorry I tipped the technician! I am totally blown away!! I wish I had done before and after pics! The 15yo carpet, that was sadly badly stained from an old dog suffering bladder cancer, and the extensive heat/humidity we all struggled thru, now looks brand new, and there’s no odor either! Bobby, the Tech, did one heck of job getting to all the stains! I felt the pricing was reasonable for the work done. The ease of securing an appointment online, and the follow up regarding the appointment, what to expect, how to prepare, verification of the appointment, and their projected arrival time was simply Great! Everyone I dealt with one on one was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the service. I cannot recommend them enough!! I’m sorry I didn’t do it before now.

Although I did not have rooms or whole house...I did have 2 area rugs (one with a cotton mixture) that had a white background that really need cleaning (yes have small dogs). I didn't want to drag them to a facility to get cleaned....so I called Zerorez. We'll both my carpets look brand new!! They were not soaking wet and my floors are safe from moisture. Josh is a VERY nice man, Professional and ohhh..On Time arriving..actually early. I don't have a before picture but trust me they needed cleaning. Call them for your next carpet cleaning job!!
