Very happy with the services provided today by Josh. First, I was able to book within two days via text messaging with a live human (not bots). My appointment was for noon, Josh called 15 mins prior to arrival to confirm and arrived as scheduled. The carpets came out beautifully and he was able to eradicate a few stains on my light coloured carpet. Kind and friendly - I will definitely be using them again!

Tim is a pro and so kind.. He removed a huge stain of orange hot sauce from my off white carpet plus all the wear and tear of 5 years. My entire carpet looks brand new. He explained how Zerorez is different from other companies and it makes a huge difference. I always hesitated to call and get my carpet cleaned because I found it actually gets stained much quicker after a professional cleaning. I made an appointment for next year. I love my carpeting and I want to protect it. Thank you Zerorez!

If you need a professionally done carpet cleaning? Call this company. They were very professional over the phone. When the appointment was made, the technician Fabio came right on time. He called ahead to let me know how soon he'll show up. He's very passionate about customer service. He asked me a few questions about the carpet, then educated me on what transpired and told me how it will be resolved. He was honest about what to expect after the carpet was cleaned. I highly recommend their service.

Wonderful customer service. Prompt and pleasant callbacks. The window for our service was 1 PM to 4 PM. Fabio called to say he was ahead of schedule and was it OK to come a little bit earlier. That worked out great because that's always better than someone calling to say we're running late. Fabio took the time to explain what he was going to do to our area rug and about how long it would take. Happy with our results. Fabio was extremely pleasant and polite. The whole experience was a pleasure.
