This is my second year in a row using Zerorez and I could not be more pleased. It is so easy to make my appointment online they communicate through email and text messages confirming the appointment and reminders. They give you the price upfront and don’t try to upsell in my home. Tim is very nice and thorough and remembered my house from the year before and did tell me about other options but not in a pushy way just as more of making sure that I was aware. Will definitely continue to use this company and refer them to my friends.

Crew was on time, even a little early, they did call so we were ready for them. We had all the areas ready to go, furniture moved and carpets vacuumed, cleaning was quick and efficient, carpets look great. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. Would recommend and definitely use again.

My kitchen floor was problematic. Previous contractors had claimed they could simply add new grout over our old grout. This was about 10 years ago and after one of those evening I feel like doing something sessions. I inadvertently scrubbed up some of the new grout. Well, now I had a problem because I had light grout and dark grout spots. Zerorez Came out and tried to clean it and when I wasn’t satisfied, they sent another crew the next week. The guys just left and I am much happier although the spots they left are not their fault and will not come off with what they do cleaning wise. If you have just regular dirty floors and grout, I am sure that you would be so more than satisfied With their work. The technicians were super polite very considerate of my house and did try their best.. My floor is a what the heck happened here, once in a lifetime kind of event. They did their best and I’m pleased.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I like the idea that they don booties before they come in to keep the floors clean. Also, they take extra care and protecting corners with some devices that they bring in the home before they get started. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience we plan on using them each year and everything in between for our Carpet needs.

Very happy with the services provided today by Josh. First, I was able to book within two days via text messaging with a live human (not bots). My appointment was for noon, Josh called 15 mins prior to arrival to confirm and arrived as scheduled. The carpets came out beautifully and he was able to eradicate a few stains on my light coloured carpet. Kind and friendly - I will definitely be using them again!

Tim is a pro and so kind.. He removed a huge stain of orange hot sauce from my off white carpet plus all the wear and tear of 5 years. My entire carpet looks brand new. He explained how Zerorez is different from other companies and it makes a huge difference. I always hesitated to call and get my carpet cleaned because I found it actually gets stained much quicker after a professional cleaning. I made an appointment for next year. I love my carpeting and I want to protect it. Thank you Zerorez!
